Speakers Explore Challenges for Investigative Journalism & Human Rights Research In Post-Earthquake Haiti

WASHINGTON, D.C., November 2, 2011 – American University Washington College of Law will host Ethics in Research: Post-Earthquake Haiti, a dialogue and debate about the challenges of human rights research and investigative journalism in a post-disaster setting.

Panelists will address logistical challenges, potential obstacles to acquiring true and informed consent from interviewees, and limitations of the legal framework
