The event will consist of eight roundtable debates led by members of the Brazilian and American Judiciaries, leading bank officials, professors, and scholars from both countries.  The Symposium will provide a meaningful environment for discussion and recommendations for the strengthening of the Brazilian legislation, as well as its financial, commercial and regulatory practices.
