Arent Fox Hosts Reception to Welcome Dean Nelson to Washington Legal Community
On Wednesday, November 9, Arent Fox LLP hosted a reception welcoming AUWCL Dean Camille Nelson to the Washington-area legal community. The event was organized by alumna Pam Deese ’83, partner at Arent Fox, along with Professors Angela Davis and Cynthia Jones.
Over 140 members of the D.C. legal community gathered to meet Dean Nelson. Among the many guests in attendance were Judge Reggie Walton ’74 of the U.S. District Court for D.C., Judge Anna Blackburne-Rigsby of the D.C. Court of Appeals, and D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine.
